Anahiem Ducks. They used to be the Mighty Ducks with the name taken from the Disney movies. Disney was the owner of the team at the time.

Formerly the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim (owned by Disney until quite recently). The team was founded after the accomplishment of the execrable movies of similar name. The name was okayed by the league hungry for marketing tie-ins and expansion to non-hockey climes.

founded ’93 as mighty ducks of anaheim, 2005 bought by hery samueli & altered into anaheim ducks.
