Field hockey is frequently (not only) played by girls, on a large grass field similar to soccer with small sticks Originated in Pakistan. As far as lacrosse, they are played on the same stylishness field with like rules.

Ice Hockey is played on a ice rink on skates. Originated in Canada.

Roller Hockey is a form of ice hockey on roller blades or skates.

Well hockey was derived from lacrosse. The largest difference between these sports and lacrosse is that in any of these hockey games the ball stays on the ground most of the time and is you hit the ball with a stick to pass it. In lacrosse you use a sticks with mesh pouches on the end and is thrown to another player and is caught in the air.

I couldnt find any field hockey teams because i dont live there but im sure there is one. But I do know that their is a summer camp for field hockey and lacrosse which would be really excellent to help get you started and you could question them where an 8 year-ancient can play field hockey. http://www.fscamps.com/camps/fieldhockey.php
