ha its possible to get someone from another team to play (if this isnt professional), or just get another team member to play..i mean someones gotta be goalie!

You would pick someone else on your team, get them strapped up and goalie gear, and pray that you only lose 19-1.
it depends on league rules.
some you can play with 6 out skaters (because a goalie is a skater in my view) or
place the pads on one of your bench players and cross your fingers
