Winnipeg.Those folks are dying for a Hockey team, but the team was in financial trouble and moved. So Sad. If I could add a franchise, and everything financial was perfect, I would start at Winnipeg. I would move the Coyotes back to Phoenix rather than Glendale,too.

Winnipeg is number 1 on my list
Other potential cities in my mind are Quebec City, Milwaukee, Seattle, Portland and Hartford

Not Hartford because its a small town and its a bad town with high crime rate.

Not Winnipeg because it is also to small.

Anywhere in Quebec is good. Vancouver or Calgary could use another team.

San Diego has alot of visitors (sea world and the zoo) so they should get a team…

The Coyotes need to be moved from Glendale…. No reason… i just don’t like it.

That’s a great question. In terms of market, I would look to Canadian cities. Winnipeg would be probably the best bet (I am aware it had one before). Although I do wonder if Cleveland would work.

Seattle (big city and its up north, no arena though)
Portland, Oregon (medium size city, up north, arena)
Houston (huge city, arena, but down south)
Hartford (bring back the whalers!)
Norfolk, Virginia (no other major pro teams in all of virginia, big population with the greater area)

Winnipeg (small city, small but new arena, die hard fans)
Quebec City (small city, no arena, die hard fans)
Hamilton (small city, huge surrounding area, arena, potential billionaire owner)

Everyone will say Hamilton, Cause its a huge market but there is no soild proff they will ever be able to pry away leafs fans

It probably would be better to put a team in kitchener-warterloo area soild population base there

But my best bet would be bringing a team back to winnipeg

They never deserved to lose their team
