Leadership on and off the ice. You should also be proffessonal at all times. As a bantam coach, I look for the kid who never quits no matter the score, who takes over the play (pp or pk ) and tells the team what is probable, and the kid who is the first one ther, and the last to leave, be it at practice or a game. Overall, someone the whole team can look up to in a pinch.
