What should I include in a field hockey recruiting video?

I am interested in playing field hockey in college, and I need to know what I should put in a recruiting video. Is the best thing to put in clips of me playing in a game or my individual skills? Should the sound be muted or should I add music? Should I talk before the video starts? What do coaches want to see? Thanks!

In the intro video for NHL 2000 there is a Nashville predators player who gets hit into the boards and slides along the top part of the boards for a while. Any one know who that is?

Why is the NHL obliged to adopt video game jerseys?

Is the NHL not above allowing EA sports from pressuring them into adopting corny looking jerseys? Really, if the status quo, as it seems to be so, is that the old jerseys are appreciated more by fans watching the actual games, then why would you bother adapting to a video game crowd. What damage would be done if EA sports went ahead and used their own jerseys in the game whether or not they were used in real life. Maybe I’m way off base here, maybe its the other way around, let me know.
