I play roller hockey very frequently (4-5) times a week and have been for about 5 years and I was planning on starting ice over the summer and maybe travel ice when it starts I want to play as a defender any tips on how to play better 5 on 5 and better positioning also ways to get better (skating) in a short period of time

Ok, i know a lot of people don’t tape their stick for roller hockey because it’ll come right off, but I’ve seen people tape it horizontally. Can anybody show me a video or explain how its done?

I just purchased new wheels and they where very expensive. I play in a league on a “sport court” indoor floor. What can I do to maximize the use out of my new set of roller hockey wheels. I’ve heard someone say freeze them but that don’t even make sense.

I been playing ice hockey for 15 years, but I wanted to get a pair of roller hockey skates.
Ive had normal inline skates with the rubber stopper but, i heard that some roller hockey skates dont use them because they can effect the crossover.If this is true what type of braking system do these skates use?
