I want to play ice hockey but I am a pretty good roller-blader. I haven’t ice skated yet but I’m going to learn. I think I can do it.

With the move of the NBA’s Seattle Supersonics to Oklahoma City, what are the chances that one of the more financially vulnerable NHL franchises could move to OKC? Anaheim and Nashville seem like they’re ripe to move, and the Ford Center was actually built to better suit an NHL franchise rather than an NBA team.

I would have to say very slim to none at all.

I havent played organized ice hockey up until this past summer where i played on a senior team, in which i was pretty good. However i think playing a truly competive Midget minor hockey squad is a totally different animal.

Should i even bother trying out? I feel like i am just going to do it for the free ice time.
oo and i’m definatly not afraid to get cut, its happened to me before with lacrosse.
i just love playing hockey and thats all i want to do
