Is it possible to become a nurse/some type of medical assistant for a hockey team?

I’m a hυgе fan οf hockey bυt I’m leaning towards becoming a nurse. I’m nοt sure уеt bυt іѕ thеrе a way tο combine thеѕе things аnd become a nurse fοr a hockey team? Lіkе treating injuries during thе game? Maybe ѕοmе kind οf medical assistant? If ѕο whаt wουld thе income bе?

    They usually have a “staff doctor” or trainer for this sort of business. EMS crews are around for honest injuries that require transportation to the hospital, but they are usually contracted to work sporting events.

    Yes, especially at the minor pro/pro level every team has their own athletic trainer on staff who travels with the team and attends all practices and games. You typically need certain certification, usually certified athletic trainers (ATCs) and licensed athletic trainers (LATs) are the only applicants considered for a full-time job.

    Not as a nurse or a MA. You would need to become an athletic trainer. The only other medical self is the team physician.
