Your city would be the first! Would go Huntsville Alabama, Oklahoma City, Lincoln Nebraska, Charleston SC.

All the ones Betman took away from the NHL. Hartford, Minnesota, Quebec, Winnepeg, and possibly place one oot in the east coast of Canada e.g. Halifax or St. Johns.

    Portland
    Indianapolis
    Kansas City
    Houston
    Seattle
    New Orleans.

Hamilton, Ont. I reckon it could make some excellent rivalries

  • Time to live:

I would give to Winnepeg, Regina, Hamilton, Salt Lake, Portland, New Orleans, and Houston.

    I would take from Nashville.

We know there are a couple cities in the States where Hockey’s been shoved down their throats when they don’t give a crap and it’s not working. I’d rather see them start franchises in Europe. The people of Halifax, Nova Scotia would have the interest but the populace may be a business.

Portland, or maybe Quebec City again

  • Joe B:

I would take the Thrashers away and give the franchise to Quebec.

No new teams. Talent is diluted enough. I would contract 2 teams and try to relocate 2 more if possible.

    Contract or relocate:
    Florida
    Phoenix
    Nashville
    Atlanta

    Possible relocation:
Seattle – Its a large city with a nearby rival. Could be excellent.
Portland – See Seattle but less vital and farther from Vancouver.
Houston – Huge city with a nearby rival. If they have accomplishment like Dallas to get people interested it may work.
Kansas City – No way. Lost an NHL team to lack of support. Doesn’t support the many minor league teams they had over the years.
New Orleans – Small market, warm climate. Why place another team where they don’t care?
Winnipeg – Small market but likes hockey. Ancient arena is too small so they built a less vital one. Probably lose money.
