  • IT'S CRUNCH TIME!!:

yes the sharks should have won 2-1 that was a goal

  • Ganymeade is a Lovesick Puppy:

Excellent Day sir, your argumentative and crying about (insert your issue here)
    A) A goal you felt should be disallowed
    B) A disallowed goal you felt should be allowed.
    C) A penalty called against your team
    D) A penalty for your team that the refs failed it call.

is both annoying and embarrassing to other, less whiny, fans of your team.

Previous to you embarrass them, and yourself, further I suggest you take a moment to reflect, and watch the replay of whatever you are freaking out over.
Afterwards I suggest counseling to help you with your obvious self-esteem and rage issues.

    Thank you for your time.

  • Steel Saint:

    No that would be MLB.

  • Joe B:

Watch 1 NFL game and you will see the worst in sports.

8 officials miss penalties on EVERY play.70 yrs ancient back judges tiresome to run down the field with 23 yr ancient athletes gimme a break.

LMAO-In the first 6 answers every pro sport was named as worst but I reckon they do sweet well in baseball really.

  • smidge:

no way…these guys are tough, in brilliant condition, and have a TON of issues to deal with in a fraction of a second. i would have to say nba refs are the worst…followed by mlb, football and soccer.(in that order)

  • lae:

no way. there are way too many leagues with bent officials that it would be a disservice to say that the nhl has the worst officiating. yes it get’s me that they don’t have insta video review, but i would say that there’s more in soccer, nba, and also baseball. yeah mlb i said it. you’re bent.

oh wait and i forgot the largest perps of them all. the f’n nfl.

  • thebigshowernie:

No Pro basketball is way worse. They never call any traveling or offensive foul calls like they should anymore. Teams can’t play defense because the players can take like 6 steps previous to they shoot the ball.

  • Avro Arrow - GO HABS GO!!!:

Since you’re asking basically the same dumb question as the last self, I’m vacant to give you the EXACT same answer!

Reckon for a second previous to you question such stupid questions. Over the regular season the Flyers were the 3rd most penalized team in the NHL with the most suspensions in the NHL. The Canadiens were ranked 16th in penalties and I’m not sure the Habs had ANY suspensions (although they may have). Is it really so unbelievable that the Flyers are getting more penalties austerely because they’re a dirty team that takes more? It’s not the officials’ fault the Flyers take stupid penalties because they lack discipline. Check your facts previous to you start blaming the officials.

    Worst officials in sports?

Haha this HAS to be a joke of a question. Obviously a bigwig is a bit upset with the way their team is playing…

I thnk the NHL refs have, and always will be the best in sports. Football, basketball and Baseball refs get it much much worse.

  • The Captain #19:

Officials are often questioned and it doesn’t matter what sport it is. There are excellent officials and terrible ones just as there are overly zealous fans that can’t handle a questionable call and excellent fans that just roll with it and take it for what it is.

  • sedunker:

    Read this:

    http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/tale?id=2975532

and then try to argue that the NHL’s refs are the worst around.

  • megalomaniac:

Nope. And the only intelligent comment that I can make at this point is waaaaaaaaah huh waaaaaaaah!

  • julia_6906:

oh geezze I thought you were gonna be one of those weep baby Ranger fans haha but idk i mean they make some sweet terrible calls sometimes but then again dont refs in every sports?

  • Matt M:

    Absolutely not.

The NFL is worse because they are constantly missing penalties and they have 8 officials on the field plus instant replay. In the NHL there is at least some effort to be honest to both teams and try to submit an equal amount of terrible calls against both teams. In the NFL they are very haphazard about it, basically they just sort of call what they feel like with no parity between the teams. Plus, I feel like in the NHL individual calls do not have the same game changing effects that they do in the NFL.

  • Plain Ol' Jeff :

No, unlike the NBA, they don’t deliberately throw games.

  • Franky:

Are you a Flyers fan? You sure sound like one.
