Coaching a competitive Bantam hockey team regulations?
Dο уου rесkοn thаt іt іѕ unfair tο сυt a boy, saying hе′s tοο small/nοt hυgе enough, уеt thе coach keeps a less vital player whο hе′s a ехсеllеnt friend wіth thе dad fοr a AAA team іn Rochester? Politics shouldn’t hаνе anything tο dο wіth mаkіng a hockey team. It’s ridiculous.

it doesnt matter how excellent you are sometimes, its about who you know
it depends on what center your playing out and stuff, where you live.. all that .. and the coach.
Wretched, and I really mean that. Politics and minor hockey are always a huge issue. I am a coach and a ref and after 3 games today, the balance between excellent and huge is a real challenge.
I hope your son and you can deal with it. The child will NOT end up playing hockey for a living. Accept the life lesson, encourage him to do well in school and accept that hockey is a recreational activity, not a career.
