I reckon with some fundamentals in ice hockey, you should be fine. If you haven’t at least played street hockey, you may have an uphill climb. But never say never…

first take ice skating lessons, because the most vital business about hockey is skating and conditioning, so learn to skim first, then try to make the team.

Where are you tiresome out?? Just so you know Rollerblading, although it seems like skating is very different. First off unless you have the Hi-Lo system you are skating on your heels more. Ice hockey is more on the toes, very explosive. Have you played on sport court? If you have you should have a decent thought of stopping on ice skates, but it is still different. Roller blade for your aerobic capacity, try to roller blade on cement that is wide enough for a full stride (without your wheels coming up from the sidewalk).
Excellent luck to you, I wish you the best!

kWhat kind of weed have you been smoking.
You haven’t skated on ice yet you are vacant to make a JV hockey team. PLEASE.
You get someone to tape your first skim and then sit down and watch it and then you tell me if you are vacant to make it.

Despise to rain on your parade but your chances are slim to none if you haven’t been on ice previous to, its like nighttime and day. Then add on the stick handling. Stick to roller hockey…. but who knows, Michael Jordan was cut from his JV team in High School. Maybe you could be a goon- hacker … are you a huge lad?
