yes, you can get drafted to the nhl directly from high school.
If you are playing on a club hockey team, I would reckon your chances of getting to the NHL are about the same as mine. Zilch! No offense. But I suppose it could happen. Not likely, even if.
any player who meets the age requirement can be drafted but players at southern schools usually dont get the exposure to be scouted by NHL central scouting members.

It’s a division 3 school. And a club team. Unless you’re really outstanding, it’s sweet much not gonna happen. If you were a honest prospect, you would probably be getting offers from much larger hockey schools.
It is division 3 club hockey. Sweet low down on the spectrum. Nothing is impossible, but it is not very likely. Unless he plays outstanding enough in his first year or so and goes off to play somewhere better.
