Well, Flames fan, I scrolled down the first page of the hockey section and I counted 4 of his questions right there. If I’m not mistaken they’re all about the Habs and their players and how great they all are.

I am not American so i don’t know the rules of NHL. I have been watching the fights of NHL. The referees are not doing anything to the people who fight or punch each other. But when one of the players falls down, the referees try to stop them?

Why?

Is there a rule that punches are allowed unless one player falls down?
So do the players who fight get punishment because of the fight?

Like soccer red card yellow card? Something like that? Money punishment exc?
