You just recruit random people who want to play hockey? Shouldn’t your university be recruiting from high schools/club teams? I would suspect that’s the coach’s job.

I can reckon of a few ways for a women’s hockey team to attract Fresh Men, but the University’s Board of Governors might not consent.
Get hot chicks to do it.. probably half the girls coming in are gay/bi.
This isn’t a stereotypical comment. I play women’s hockey and I am bi, and I can tell you over half the girls I play with are gay as well.
